Our365

Our365 is the nation’s leading provider of newborn baby portraits, taking more than 2.5 million photos each year at more than 2,800 partner hospitals. Brooke led rebranding efforts after four industry competitors merged to form Our365.

  • Socialized the new Our365 brand. Coordinated tactics of an internal communications team to assist in building a cohesive company culture.
  • Directed the creative and technical development of an internal communications portal designed to train and engage remote staff photographers. Organized and led focus groups to effectively inform the development of the portal. Managed and reviewed content. Developed training communications.
  • Designed and managed seasonal photo products and programs. Oversaw catalog product photography.
  • Maintained the integrity of the brand’s visual elements. Ensured the brand was reflected in all marketing and promotional materials.

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

Lowell Pratt Residential

At Lowell Pratt Residential, Brooke successfully repositioned the small residential home builder as a vibrant and differentiated brand.

  • Directed and managed all facets of the builder’s marketing and communications. Developed marketing strategy to align with the builder’s overall business strategy, goals, and objectives. Created integrated marketing plans. Tracked, managed, and provided reporting on marketing expenditures.
  • Conducted exploratory brand perception research and analyzed the competitive landscape. Used research to influence the selection of home features, products, and design as well as differentiate and define LPR Homes.
  • Successfully directed rebranding efforts. Established new brand positioning, visual identity, and editorial style guide. Ensured brand standards and positioning were accurately reflected in all materials, advertising, and sales collateral.
  • Directed the development of an innovative and comprehensive website, which was honored with the 2006 OBIE Award for Best Builder Website. Managed and wrote all content.
  • Pursued industry-specific educational opportunities and earned a Certified New Home Marketing Professional (CMP) designation.
  • Directed the creative strategy and development of all advertising, promotions, and sales campaigns. Tactics included outdoor, print, direct mail, online advertising, and strategic partnerships. Evaluated and handled media buys.
  • Worked with residential interior designers to establish a standard look and feel for the builder’s model homes. Responsible for the creation and implementation of wayfaring and signage throughout the builder’s neighborhoods.
